Welcome to Jesus Light Studio ("we", "our", "us"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit https://www.jesuslightstudio.com/, what we do with it and what your rights are.
Who We Are

We collect personal information only in the ways below.
- When you write to us through the contact form.
- When you leave a comment on a blog post.
- Automatically, when you visit the site (see Cookies and Website Usage Data below).
We do not run a newsletter, surveys or competitions, and we do not take payments on this website. You do not need to give us any details to download our free resources.
Contact Form
If you contact us through the form on our Contact page, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your message
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Comments
Comments are switched on for blog posts. When you leave a comment, we collect the details shown in the comment form. We also collect your IP address and browser details, which help us spot spam. Your comment and the name on your account may be shown publicly under the post, and your profile picture may be shown too if you have one.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help measure how the site is used. Google and its partners may also set cookies to show ads (see Advertising below). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Website Usage Data
Our website host, Wix, records standard visit information, such as the pages viewed, device type, browser type, approximate location and the website you came from. We use this to see which articles are helpful and to keep the site secure and working well.
We also use Google Search Console to see which searches lead people to the site. It does not identify individual visitors.
Links to Other Websites
Our articles link to other websites, including our Etsy shop (jesuslightstudio.etsy.com), Bible resources, charities, social media pages and our YouTube channel.
When you click one of these links you leave our site. The other website has its own privacy policy and may collect its own data or set its own cookies. We encourage you to read it before you share any personal information.
If we embed a video or social media post in an article, it works as if you were visiting the website it comes from, and that service may collect data about you or set cookies.
Affiliate Links
We do not currently use affiliate links on this site. If we add any in future, we will say so clearly on the page where they appear, and we will update this policy first.

- Run and maintain the website
- Reply to your enquiries
- Prevent spam and abuse
- Understand how the site is used and improve it
- Comply with our legal obligations
How Long We Keep Your Information
Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Comments, and the details that go with them, stay with the post they were left on until you or we ask for them to be removed.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse, alteration and loss. However, no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
